What are Available Payments Methods?

The acceptable payment methods for the store are via Credit Card or points redemption (or a combination of both). Enter your credit card information and click 'Place Order' to submit your order into the store’s secure ordering environment.

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?

We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Shoot us an email at: applause@stran.com.

If a certain item is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?

To find out when a product will be back on the shelves you can email us at applause@stran.com or utilize the “notify me” option.

Also, please check back on the site regularly, you never know when your size or color choice will be back in inventory.

Where does Applause ship to?

- Street addresses only – no PO Boxes

-  All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US Territories)

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day.

Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer for your order to ship (sales, major promotions, holiday season, pandemic delays, etc.). 

Return/Exchange Policy

How do I return or exchange my order?

To return or exchange your product(s), please send an email to: applause@stran.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item you’re looking to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Best Contact Information to assist you with your return/exchange

Full-price items with an Applause order number will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase for full merchandise credit.  *Please note that items returned must be unused and in original condition.*

Sale items: All Sale Items are final.  No returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

How long will my exchange take?

During high-volume seasons (holidays or sales, for example) it may take up to 30 days for your exchange to be processed. Should you need to expedite your exchange, we recommend that you purchase your new items from our website and then send the unwanted or incorrect items back to us for a refund. Customer must pay return shipping.
